Maintenance and repair 

We believe there is more than just delivering a good product, support during the installation and after sales service are equally important. Therefore, maintenance and repair are an essential part of our Full Service Concept. Scrol down for our maintenance and aftercare document.


Our calibration instruments are included in a list and are all calibrated with a fixed frequency by an RVA accredited lab. The calibration instruments we use to control and verify the devices of our customers all have a certificate traceable to (inter) national standards and are in accordance with ISO 17025.


Certification is important in today’s world and Zematra B.V. is proud that she has been awarded several certifications like ISO & VCA.

Knowledge and education

As an active member of ASTM, EI, CEN/NEN, we believe it is necessary to be able to give the best advice to our customers. Next to this our staff is frequently trained by our suppliers and participate in courses to enrich their own knowledge . Training is an essential part of our quality system.
