Description

Demulsibility measures an oil’s ability to release water. Water shedding characteristics are important to lube oil systems that have the potential to have direct contact with water. Demulsibility can be compromised by excessive water contamination or the presence of polar contaminants and impurities.

The Scavini Herschel Emulsifier or Demulsibility tester is different from many types of equipment on the market having electronics placed on the top cover and subject to overheating and ageing, ours has a separate control box placed on the right side of the instrument.
